10/18/2008 - Convenience Store Robberies

DO YOU KNOW THIS MAN???

Greenville County Sheriff`s Office Investigators need your help. This suspect is wanted for numberous robberies which have been committed at convenience stores where only one clerk is working. The subject is left handed and uses a small caliber handgun.  The subject possibly has a tattoo of a snake on his left forearm.  The only known vehicle description is a grey four-door sedan.

9/1/2008 - Eastside Sexual Assault

$2,000.00 Cash Reward Offered on Sexual Assault Case

On Sunday, June 8, 2008 at around 9:30 am a sexual assault occurred near the intersection of East North Street and Terramont Drive. The subject struck the victim numerous times, choked and sexually assaulted her.

8/15/2008 - THEFTS OF ’92 – ’94 MODEL HONDA ACCORDS

AN INCREASING NUMBER OF AUTO THEFTS HAVE TAKEN PLACE AT LOCAL APT. COMPLEXES OVER THE PAST FEW WEEKS, AND HAVE INVOLVED THE THEFT OF VARIOUS ‘92 – ‘94 MODEL HONDA ACCORDS.

IF YOU SHOULD SEE ANY SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITY THAT INVOLVE HONDA ACCORDS FITTING THIS DESCRIPTION IN OUR AREA APARTMENT COMPLEXES, OR IF YOU SHOULD SEE A TOW TRUCK IN POSSESSION OF A SIMILAR HONDA IN THESE AREAS, PLEASE NOTIFY THE GREENVILLE CITY POLICE DEPARTMENT IMMEDIATELY. AT NO TIME SHOULD YOU INTERVENE IN A POTENTIAL THEFT OR SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITY!!

8/9/2008 - Pumpers Gas Station Robbery

Armed Robbery

Description:
Black Male
Approx. 20 YOA
5` 9" Tall, 150 Lbs.
Blk Hair, Beard & Mustache

Clothing:
Black "Wave Cap", Tan Hoodie,
Dark Sweat Pants, White Tennis Shoes

461 South Pleasantburg Drive:

At approximately 04:17 A.M. the suspect (shown at left in still photos taken from the store security camera), pulled a pistol out of a grey or brown shoulder bag and demended money from the store clerk.

After receiving the money and a pack of Newport cigarettes, the suspect reportely left on foot towards Greenville Technical College.

Responding Officers caught a glimpse of the suspect in the parking lot of 501 S. Pleasantburg Drive, but the suspect fled upon seeing the Officers and managed to elude capture.

7/8/2008 - Walgreens Shoplifting

The photo was pulled from surveillance footage taken at Walgreens, Pelham Road, where the pictured suspect stole $1000 worth of razor blades.

Greenville City Police investigators said the suspect also has stolen similar merchandise from businesses in Easley and in Greenville County recently.

The suspect is said to have worn the same denim jeans – ones that appear to have a sewn in lining that allows him to conceal the stolen goods.
